When a groundwater NOC is needed
A NOC is generally required to withdraw groundwater for industrial or infrastructure use, and again when an existing approval comes up for renewal. The requirements depend on your location, the category of the area and the quantity of water you plan to use, so we check the current rules before filing. The decision is made by the authority; our role is to prepare a complete, correct application and follow it up.
